I am Mark V. Smetanin, a father, entrepreneur, manager, product manager/product owner, and portfolio manager. I have founded various prominent small companies. I have over ten years of managerial experience and 10,000 hours of communication/negotiation practice.
I obtained my IT Science degree and did my MBA at MIM Kyiv. Got a great tech experience with excellent teams like Postindustria and Giggster. Behind my back, a fortune of unique teachers. As part of very challenging stakeholder management, I’ve attended – Great negotiation schools, including Harvard Law (PON), MIT, and Harvard Business, where I polished my communication and negotiation skills.
I worked as a CEO at MangoPay SRL from 2012 to 2016. I developed a company from one service and outlet to fifty-four services and ninety-four trade points, achieving the most critical exclusive contracts and services.
In April 2016, I started working on a BIG idea for my Hospitality Management business. I expanded and deepened my knowledge of hospitality management and tourism and put my expertise into practice in Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, and Casa de Campo. My big idea saw life in Complete Hospitality Management Inc. and Everything Punta Cana SRL.
I spent eight years working as a Product manager and product owner. I genuinely curious about Ecommerce, Short-term rentals, and payment industries.
