would be best in the long run!

Reasons why We all need to Understand and practice the Techniques

  • We are not there because we tend to overvalue ourselves and think we are way more thoughtful and more agile than we are.
  • We tend to forget even the most important things because we overestimate our needs. You might think this is an exaggeration, so try this: list twenty items for shopping, read it once, and bring all necessary groceries from that list.

We all think I will buy this house/car or something else and be happy. Even to do this, you’d better be happy and grateful; you’ll achieve this faster. In the end, we all know you will be satisfied. Maybe for a month, any material possessions will not bring you long-term happiness. It’s essential to separate happiness and no happiness; unfortunately, those two are separate buckets. So, what brings happiness?

Understanding the Pain of Unhapinness
or No Happiness.

According to Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Feeling unproductive and disconnected can stem from various sources, including stress, lack of direction, or a disconnect from your more profound purpose. Identifying the root cause of these feelings is essential to address them effectively.

You heard it right: you need to dive deeply into your pain and suffering. I recommend going through this checklist, outlining everything, then talking to someone you trust and outlining it one more time. Here are some common reasons why people feel stuck:

1. Lack of Clarity in Life:

  • Lack of clear values: Understanding your values is as significant as being happy. It’s also essential to have relationships with people who share your values. Disconnection from personal values: When one’s actions don’t align with one’s core values, this can create a sense of dissonance and dissatisfaction.
  • Lack of Priorities. What is the most essential thing without knowing what I am supposed to do right now? You like Donald Trump, you don’t like Donald Trump, it’s not that important. I loved one thing he said: ask yourself, “What is the most important thing you need to do right now?”.
  • Lack of clear goals: Without clear, achievable goals, it’s easy to feel like you’re aimlessly drifting through life.
  • Lack of understanding of what to do next.

Those who’ve attended the San Pedro ceremony will remember that we ask for clarity and alignment with our values. We ask for clarity in life.

2. Health problems.

Of course, if you have back pain, it will be a huge distraction. However, it’s still possible, though it requires a lot of willpower, and nobody lasts long under those conditions.

3. Burnout

Overworking without recharging can lead to physical and mental exhaustion. The incredible thing is that you can connect to a state of flow even in this condition and restore your energy using the Divine Flow, though it’s much more complex.

I’m sorry. Someone needs to tell you the truth. You don’t address those last points; everything else is almost useless. The truth is you can address all those things step by step. It takes time; make small steps, and you can do it in a Divine state of flow.

The Importance of Productivity and
the Role of Divine Flow

Productivity isn’t just about getting more things done; it’s about getting the right things done. Being productive means focusing on tasks that align with your goals and values, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. So, let’s make a specific TODO list of how to help us achieve the Divine Flow.

  • Check your health, especially your hormones! Visit your doctor and take all the necessary tests. It will dramatically improve your chances.
  • Clarity. Take a piece of paper and your notebook. Spend your free day on that! Nothing could be more critical. Create a Mindmap, use computer software, or use your notebook to create a text version. I use everything to make sure that my brain understands my priorities. Use different tools, maybe simple Excel or Google Sheets for you; try everything that might work, and try an experiment and adapt it for yourself.

Understanding and Aligning with Your Values

  • Reflect on Core Values:
    • Take time to list out what truly matters to you.
    • Write down your core beliefs and principles.
  • Evaluate Current Life Alignment:
    • Assess whether your current actions, career, and relationships reflect these values.
    • Identify any areas of dissonance or misalignment.
  • Make Necessary Adjustments:
    • Change habits, relationships, or career paths that don’t align with your core values.
    • Seek out and nurture relationships with people who share your values.

Prioritizing Effectively

  • Ask the Critical Question:
    • Regularly ask yourself, “What is the most important thing I must do now?”
    • Focus on tasks that align with your immediate and long-term goals.
  • Identify Top Priorities:
    • Please make a list of tasks and rank them by importance and urgency.
    • Tackle the highest priority tasks first to ensure you make steady progress.

Use simple mind map tools; you can use computer tools like Mindmaister or Miro for your mindmaps or just pen and paper; it works like magic. This magic article on how to do your LifeMap can help you out.

I intentionally repeated some of the information in this article. This is my author’s method. It works, so finally, we got to a simple framework for the Divine flow:

Achieving the State of Flow,
those Five Magic steps

Flow is a state of being fully immersed in an activity, losing track of time, and experiencing a deep sense of satisfaction. Achieving flow can make tasks feel effortless and enjoyable. Here’s how to get into the flow:

  1. Choose Challenging Enough Tasks: Engage in challenging but achievable tasks that will push you to use your skills and abilities fully. You will be bored, challenged, and afraid if the task is easy. It would be best if you found a balance.
  2. Set Clear Goals: Having clear goals for what you want to achieve during an activity can help you stay focused and motivated. What is the end product? Who do you want to help? What kind of pain do you want to solve for other people?
  3. Eliminate Distractions: Create an environment that minimizes distractions, allowing you to concentrate fully on the task. Ask God for help connecting to the flow state and creating the product for the people you want to make.
  4. Practice Regularly: Like any skill, achieving flow requires practice. Regularly engage in activities that challenge and interest you.
  5. Ask God for help right before you start any task. Here is a unique addition that I learned from a Kabbalah teacher: Start any task in a good mood. Fix your mood and switch to a great state;here is how. According to neuroscience, people are 34% smarter when in a great mood. Those who practiced Kabbalah knew this more than 5,000 years ago. Use it before any meeting or task, and you will be surprised how things can get easier.
